As part of Management’s quest to showcase the real face of insurance to our cherished customers and build staff capacity, a one-day training session on Teamwork, Personal Development and Customer Service was organized for all staff of NSIA Ghana on Saturday 19th January 2019.
The training was dubbed “Agenda 19 19”. The training, facilitated by IBS Consultants, was marked by outdoor and indoor activities aimed at highlighting the need for synergy, collaboration, effective communication, leadership and teamwork among staff.
The training was very successful as the entire workforce of NSIA Insurance Ghana was invigorated with greater energy and commitment to attain the set objectives of the company.
